The Clinic has Covid secure procedures in place in accordance with Government & Public Health England guidelines.

Please note that despite the relaxation to mask wearing and social distancing on 19th July 2021 Public Health England have advised no relaxation in a Healthcare setting; therefore the waiting room remains closed and mask wearing during your appointment remains a requirement of attendance at the clinic.

If you are booked to attend an appointment and you wish to cancel due to the ongoing Covid situation or for any other reason please ring the clinic to cancel your appointment. We continue to be very busy and your cancellation could assist someone else to get the treatment they urgently require.

If you wish to attend the clinic please ring us on 01270 763025 to discuss your condition. We are undertaking a virtual triage system over the phone. The decision to attend a face to face appointment will be made jointly based on the covid-19 risks identified both to you and the Clinic and the potential benefits of a face to face treatment.

We are seeing the vast majority of patients Face to Face now but here a face to face appointment is not considered appropriate we are able to offer advice over the phone and can also offer video consultations.

Patients attending for treatment should note the following:-

1.The waiting room is closed. Wait in your car to be called into the treatment room.

2.Please bring a face mask to wear during treatment.

3.Please bring your own pen to complete our Covid-19 consent form.

4.Please attend on your own.

Your Physiotherapist will be wearing full PPE when you are in the treatment room including face mask, face visor, disposable apron and gloves. Your Physiotherapist will maintain 2m social distancing when it is possible during your session. Appointments have been staggered to avoid contact between patients and gaps left between appointments to allow additional cleaning to take place and airing the room. A screen is fitted at the reception desk to protect staff when taking payments and booking appointments. 

We ask that payments are made contactless at this time either by card or mobile device (the limit has now been increased to cover our normal treatment cost of £45)

Obviously any patients due to attend the clinic who are displaying symptoms of Coronavirus or who share the household of someone displaying symptoms or who have been instructed to isolate by NHS Track & Trace or who have returned from a country where you are required to isolate for 10 days (link here) should NOT attend the clinic and should cancel their appointment and self isolate in accordance with Government guidelines
